In quick succession to our students' gold medal success in International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO) 2015, another proud possession of RESONites has been in KVPY (Stage I ) 2015, as just declared, adding further to our pleasure and pride.

477 (YCCP+DPLD+eLPD& BASE) RESONites have appeared in the list of prestigious KVPY (Stage I) 2015 qualified candidates in the Country for Stage II . It is great to share that Year Long Classroom Contact Program (YCCP) students among these contribute significantly; Kota- 99, BASE - 37, Udaipur - 23, Jodhpur - 12, Jaipur - 11, Nagpur -8, Mumbai - 6, Bhubaneswar & Agra - 5 each, Ahemdabad - 4, Sikar, Allahabad, Surat - 3 each, Kolkata -2 and Ajmer, Chandrapur, Delhi, Jabalpur, Raipur, Lucknow, Nanded - 1 each stamping the students for excellent performance.

The accomplishment of our students is the result of right academic inputs by the faculty and extra- ordinary hard work by the aspirants. Indeed it’s difficult to find place in the KVPY (Stage I) list where the sharpest young minds contest for country's most prestigious fellowship award. My congratulations to all our Stage I winners who are now to prepare for the Second stage for which Resonance is going to provide all the required support in addition to a preparatory camp to enable them finally emerge as KVPY fellowship awardees becoming part of Nation's pioneering research programs and also the examples of inspiration.

On this exhilarating occasion I wish to congratulate & thank the whole Resonance team especially, the Faculty Members across the Country, including BASE - now our valuable part, for putting in enormous efforts in nurturing them so well and giving their talent the needed direction.

The "Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana" (KVPY) is a program started in 1999 by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India to encourage students by awarding monthly scholarship who are studying Basic Sciences to take up research career in Science. It is executed by IISc-Bangluru.
