4. How does the recruitment process work when I apply for a specific job?
After receiving online application, shortlisting is done on the basis of required qualification, experience etc. for the particular job. Then after written test/Interview is conducted of the shortlisted candidate.
5. How will I know if I am selected to participate in the recruitment process?

6. What does the recruitment procedure consist of?
In general the Recruitment Process consist of:
A. For Academic Profiles: A Written Test followed by Demonstration lecture and personal Interview.
B. For Non-Academics: A Power Point presentation or Personal Interview.
